Graphic Design Level I

Responsible for providing web-based graphics design and support for the customers' communications services:

• Develop graphics layouts for internal and external web and SharePoint applications.
• Develop graphics to visualize announcements and communications.
• Develop graphic representations in support of the customers' products, processes, concepts and marketing.
• Maintain webpage documentation and configuration control.
• Develop and design graphics in support of communications products (e.g., briefings, presentations, reports, and webpage content/graphics.
• Create icons, logos, photo montages, and illustrations for print products including brochures, fliers, poster, web-based announcements, badges, and more.
• Create flash animations in support of the customers' announcements.
• Create Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF-based fill out forms for print and web data capture.
• Draft and maintain graphics standard operating procedures.

Required Experience

• Four years of experience as a graphics designer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Three years of experience in developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos and websites
• Three years of experience in using web page and graphic development tools.
• Two years of experience in graphics planning, design and implementation
• Two years of experience in documenting graphics design and implementation
• Two years of experience in maintaining documentation of graphics.
• Two years of experience n developing and producing graphic designs and supporting non-web based communications products (such as briefings, presentations, and reports).
• Two years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe graphic and wed design applications.
